Oak Tree Barn is set within the countryside of Wiltshire and it was fully refurbished in 2019. It is located within the 3 acre grounds of Willow Grange, which borders Somerset. The Barn overlooks paddocks and is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London.

 

We apologise in advance, please leave you furry friends at home, as we dont allow pets in the holiday home!

 

The space

The converted Barn is all on one level, with two large double bedrooms which have super king size beds or these can be adapted into twin beds should you wish, with both Bedrooms having their own en-suite bathrooms.

The Barn can only accommodate for 1 infant with a total of 5 guests when including 1 infant.

There is a large open-plan living and dining space. The furnishings are tastefully contemporary and the focal point of the living space is a stylish log burner, perfect for cosy evenings during the autumn or winter months.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including a fridge freezer, dish washer, oven & induction hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle and much more.

The patio furniture & BBQ is available between May and September and the Log Burner is available to use during October to April.

 

There is one outside CCTV camera which covers the car parking area and the cycle storage shed, which is available to store your cycles between April & September to use.

Other things to note

If guests require an earlier check-in before 5pm then please ask us, we will do our best to offer this if we can.

We also leave a Starter Pack which includes , toiletries, washing up liquid / dishwasher tablets / kitchen Roll & more.

Please note that our property can only accommodate for a total of 5 guests when including 1 infant, so in effect 1 infant and 4 other guests (with a mixture of either children or adults to a maximum of 4 + 1 infant only)

Unfortunately there will be a fee for the charging of any electric vehicle via the outside 13amp socket, sorry but I am sure you understand this policy. You can plug in your vehicle using your 10amp plug and a “KW” charge at the rate during your stay will be charged separately.
